We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Personal details such as name, contact information, and university affiliation are never shared with third parties.
Assignments and project materials are kept secure and are not reused, resold, or disclosed to any other student.
Communication between clients and consultants is encrypted and handled with utmost discretion to protect academic integrity.
Payment details are processed through trusted and secure platforms to ensure financial safety.

Full refunds are issued if the client cancels an order within 12 hours of payment and no work has started.
Partial refunds may be granted if the project is in progress and the client decides to cancel, depending on the completion stage.
If Aeterna Consultancy fails to deliver the assignment within the agreed deadline and no valid reason is provided, clients are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds are not applicable if the client changes requirements after the consultant has already begun working, unless both parties agree on fair compensation.

Clients are entitled to free rework if the delivered assignment does not meet the initial requirements shared at the time of order.
Rework requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Consultants will revise and improve the assignment based on feedback without additional charges, provided the feedback aligns with the original instructions.
Any new requirements or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

In rare cases where the work is completely unsatisfactory or irrelevant to the provided requirements, Aeterna Consultancy offers a complete re-do of the assignment.
A re-do is different from rework; it involves rewriting the assignment entirely from scratch.
Clients must provide clear justification and feedback for why a re-do is required.
Re-dos are prioritized to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Aeterna Consultancy offers seasonal discounts for first-time clients and festive occasions.
Students placing bulk orders (e.g., three or more assignments at once) are eligible for bundle discounts.
Returning clients receive loyalty discounts as a token of appreciation.
Special referral discounts are given when a client refers a friend who places a confirmed order.
Discounts cannot be combined with refund claims but can be applied to future projects.
